Junction Australia provides the following housing services:

Community Housing

Housing for eligible tenants targeted to:

- Low income households and

- People who are homeless (or at risk) with high and complex needs

- Women who are experiencing (or at risk) of Domestic or Family Violence

- National Affordable Rental Scheme (NRAS)

Affordable Housing for eligible tenants targeted to:

- People who are homeless (or at risk) and who have high needs

- People on low to median incomes

- Women who are experiencing (or at risk) of Domestic or Family Violence

- Mental Health

Housing for eligible tenants targeted to:

- People who have enduring Mental Health issues and meet the following criteria:

- Referred and supported by Mental Health agencies

- Require and are willing to accept support

- Meet eligibility for the Housing and Support Program (HASP)

- Supported Social Housing

Housing for eligible tenants that are targeted to various homeless groups:

- Referred by a homeless support provider

- Require support

- Supported Tenancy Scheme (STS)

Transitional Accommodation for:

- Young people at risk of homelessness who have high needs

- Women who are experiencing (or at risk) of Domestic or Family Violence

Junction Australia does not provide emergency accommodation. It can be a long wait before you are offered a house and there is no guarantee that you will be housed.

If you are at risk of becoming or are currently homeless there are other options and services that can assist you.
