UnitingSA Housing offers affordable housing solutions to individuals with low to moderate incomes who struggle to secure housing in the private rental market. They manage various types of housing, including units and free-standing homes, and oversee tenancies and properties as landlords.

Their housing options are categorised into two types: Social Housing, where rent is calculated as a percentage of household income, and Affordable Housing, where rent is based on a percentage of market rental prices.
